Lopez Negrete Communications was there to join in the celebration after many months of collaboration with its client, SAM's Club, on making this a truly relevant format and kicking it off with a memorable and impactful event.

Alex López Negrete and fellow community leaders assisted with the formal cutting of the ribbon as Más Club officially opened its doors to Houston area residents. A concert, celebrity autographs and photos, food and beverage samplings, and a community grant presentation of $24,000 rounded out a full weekend of fun activities.

The membership-only club offers more than 4,000 items, including internationally known brands such as Badia, Minsa, De la Rosa and Huerta, with values and package sizes that make sense for families and small businesses. A tortilla bakery, butcher shop, café, money center and clinic are also part of the club's evolving service offering.

Más Club will have a positive impact on the overall supply chain of Hispanic items sold in the United States by streamlining the importation process.

"This is a warehouse club like no other and we are excited to have it debut in Houston," says Más Club general manager, David Galván.

"As Hispanics, as Houstonians, and as their agency, we are proud to welcome Más Club to our city and know that this format, this store, will not only do great business in our community but, due to its relevance, will have a bright future across the country," said Alex López Negrete.
